Luke 6:43-45 "No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. Each tree is recognized by its own fruit. People do not pick figs from thornbushes, or grapes from briers. A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of."

This is one of the passages from Scripture that opened my heart to the love of Jesus Christ. I started to look at my life and my actions and recognized that fruit I was bearing. A life full of sin will only produce more evil. I felt the anger sitting in my heart, the lack of empathy for others, this selfish desire to sin without regard of consequence. I knew I had to change.

I turned my life over to Christ and removed sins that destroyed me. The light and love that followed was life changing.
